RL w/Sheryl; WTF DUDETTE
[clothed "appropriately" (to use the Galactic Fairy's words) in this, kamina is wandering backstage as the stagehands around him hurry to put the finishing touches on sheryl's farewell concert. he doesn't get half of what's going on, but it's exciting. the air is electric. it's contagious; he hums a tune that's been playing around town, in all the stores, at the arena.] Tobikoeru harapeko nano....
[he rounds a corner, excited at the prospect of seeing more of what people who have conquered the sky do for fun around this place. and there is sheryl! she lookes a bit down, but maybe it's just pre-show nerves. he'll beat them right out of her with his encouraging words! he prepares to approach her when someone beats him there a first: a guy about his age with his hair in a ponytail. it's obvious they're on good terms so kamina decides to wait his turn. ...but what he hears.... her home, macross galaxy, disappeared and everyone there missing...her friend going to fight and not even sending him off with a kiss, putting on her show despite the pained look on her face when he leaves with one of her earrings.... what the hell was she doing? she didn't have to do any of this! he storms over in the hope that he can talk some sense into her.]
