[kamina is roving the huge selection of deliciousness while clad in boat provided flip-flops, his own totally awesome flame swimming trunks, and Meiyo slung over his shoulders.  there's a feeling he keeps getting that's almost like the Hollows back in Soul Society, but less...intense if he had to attach a qualifier to it.  almost like whatever it is is waiting.


but there's very little on his mind other than eating all he possibly can while he's here right now and that is what matters.]

[ She's wandered back outside after finishing up dinner; she's not looking for anything in particular, just enjoying the feeling of natural air.

Oh look, there's a big stupid lug over by the railing. It's not like she wants to talk to him or anything but hey I mean since he's there it would be rude not to right I mean it's just manners ]

[kamina hasn't noticed anything. he's been near the sea, but never on it and never on something as huge as this. it's amazing what humans can do if they've got the right attitude and motivation. exploring new places, claiming them as their own, enjoying all this free space and uncharted land as far as the eye can see.... it's the kind of thing he lives for.

he closes his eyes and takes a good deep breath of fresh air.]

Hm? Oh... I have been on tour a lot recently. And even at home-- Galaxy isn't like Frontier. You can't see the stars every night, necessarily.

It's home, so even though it has its faults, I...

Actually, I... hated it. I think I was happy there once, but after my parents died... it was the worst place to be.
